Cancellation Policy
The cancellation terms applicable to a reservation are displayed to the guest during the booking process before payment is submitted. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the selected rate, dates, length of stay, or promotional offer.
The cancellation terms presented at the time of booking and included with the reservation confirmation are the terms that apply to that reservation.
If a reservation is designated as non-refundable during checkout, payments for that reservation are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or when Atabey Luxury Paradise cancels the reservation.
Guests who wish to cancel a reservation should contact Atabey Luxury Paradise as soon as possible using the contact information provided on our Contact page.
No-Shows and Early Departures
Guests who do not arrive for their reservation and have not completed an eligible cancellation may be charged according to the cancellation terms applicable to their reservation.
Once a stay has begun, unused nights resulting from an early departure are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to by Atabey Luxury Paradise or required by applicable law.
Cancellations by Atabey Luxury Paradise
If Atabey Luxury Paradise is unable to provide the accommodation and must cancel a confirmed reservation, the guest will be notified and amounts paid directly to Atabey Luxury Paradise for the affected reservation will be refunded, unless the guest agrees to another resolution.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined by:
- The cancellation terms displayed when the reservation was booked
- The rate or promotion selected
- The date the cancellation request is received
- Whether the accommodation or any portion of the stay has already been used
- Any applicable law or payment-network requirement
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
After a refund is issued, the amount may take several business days to appear on the guest's account depending on the payment method and financial institution.
Cleaning Fees, Taxes and Other Charges
The refundability of taxes, cleaning fees, deposits, or other charges will depend on the circumstances of the cancellation and the terms disclosed with the reservation.
Any non-refundable fee must be clearly identified before the guest completes payment.
No Physical Goods
Atabey Luxury Paradise provides vacation accommodation services and does not sell physical merchandise through this website. Therefore, product return and shipping policies do not apply to reservations made through this website.
Payment or Reservation Problems
If a guest believes that:
- An incorrect amount was charged
- A duplicate payment occurred
- A refund that was approved has not been received
- A reservation was materially different from the reservation purchased
- There is another problem involving a reservation or payment
the guest should contact Atabey Luxury Paradise promptly so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.
Contacting us does not limit any rights the guest may have under applicable law or through their payment provider.
Unauthorized Transactions
If a guest believes their payment method was used without authorization, they should immediately contact their card issuer or financial institution and may also notify Atabey Luxury Paradise through our Contact page.
Payment Disputes
Atabey Luxury Paradise will cooperate with payment processors, card networks, financial institutions, and guests in reviewing legitimate payment disputes.
We may provide documentation relevant to a payment dispute, including reservation confirmations, payment records, communications, booking terms, cancellation policies, check-in records, and documentation showing whether accommodation services were provided.
Nothing in this policy eliminates any dispute or chargeback rights provided by applicable law, a card network, or a financial institution.
