These Terms & Conditions apply to reservations and use of the Atabey Luxury Paradise website and accommodation.
By making a reservation through this website, guests agree to the booking terms presented during checkout as well as these Terms & Conditions.
2. Accommodation Services
Atabey Luxury Paradise provides short-term vacation accommodation in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
Property descriptions, amenities, photographs, occupancy limits, and other material reservation information are presented on the website and/or during the booking process.
3. Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate:
- Name
- Contact information
- Number of guests
- Stay dates
- Payment information
- Other information reasonably required to complete or manage the reservation
A reservation is not confirmed until the guest receives confirmation through the applicable booking system.
4. Pricing and Charges
Applicable nightly rates, taxes, fees, discounts, and other mandatory charges will be displayed during the booking process before payment is completed.
Guests are responsible for reviewing the reservation total before submitting payment.
5. Payments
Guests authorize Atabey Luxury Paradise and its payment service providers to process the charges disclosed during checkout using the payment method selected by the guest.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers rather than being stored directly by Atabey Luxury Paradise.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation, Refund & Dispute Policy and the rate-specific cancellation conditions shown before the reservation is purchased.
7. Check-In and Guest Verification
Guests may be required to provide identification and reservation information necessary for check-in, community access, security, or compliance with applicable property requirements.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information for themselves and members of their party where required.
8. Property and Community Rules
Guests must comply with all property rules, occupancy limits, community rules, security procedures, and reasonable instructions provided for their stay.
Illegal activity, unauthorized parties or events, deliberate property damage, or conduct that creates an unreasonable disturbance may result in termination of the stay where permitted by applicable rules and law.
9. Damages
Guests may be responsible for damage caused by themselves or members of their reservation beyond ordinary wear and tear.
Any damage claim must be supported by appropriate documentation and handled in accordance with the applicable booking, payment, and legal requirements.
10. Third-Party Services
The website uses Lodgify for reservation availability, booking, and checkout. The website may also use other third-party services for communications, maps, analytics, or additional functionality.
Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discount codes, special rates, or other offers are subject to the specific terms displayed with the promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Promotions are subject to availability
- Promotions have no cash value
- Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash
- Promotional rates may have different cancellation or refund conditions
- A promotion must be applied before the reservation is completed
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to a completed reservation unless expressly offered

Because Atabey Luxury Paradise provides vacation accommodation rather than physical exports or merchandise, traditional product export restrictions are generally not applicable to the services sold through this website.
13. Availability and Unforeseen Events
Circumstances outside the reasonable control of Atabey Luxury Paradise may occasionally affect the availability of the property or particular amenities.
When a material issue affects a confirmed reservation, Atabey Luxury Paradise will communicate with the affected guest and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances, applicable reservation terms, and applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate property, pricing, availability, and amenity information.
Minor changes, maintenance, replacements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect specific features.
15. Limitation of Terms

Terms applicable to an already-confirmed reservation remain subject to the terms agreed to when that reservation was made.
